BUS Grant Applications
One of the biggest advantages our MCS Umbrella Scheme offers is full support for UK Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS) grant applications. We take care of the process from start to finish, so your customer benefits and you avoid the administrative burden. Here’s how it works:
- We assess eligibility – whether the property qualifies, whether the proposed heat pump meets grant criteria, and whether the installer’s participation is valid.
- We complete and submit the BUS application on behalf of your customer, including all required documentation and system data.
- The grant is applied directly toward the installation cost – there’s no need for your customer to wait or reclaim it later.
- Once the project is complete, we will carry out system commissioning and product registration enabling the end use to take advantage of extended product warranties as advanced installers.
- We will then ensure the BUS payment is settled to ensure the end user receives this reduction of £7500 currently available.
