Founded in 2006 by Dan Davies and his parents, Landex was built on a simple but ambitious vision: to create exceptional new homes in beautiful, sought-after locations across East Anglia. What began as a small family operation has since grown into a multi-award-winning development company, with over 35 employees, hundreds of trusted trade partners, and more than 300 homes successfully delivered.
Recognising the need for a specialist division, Landex Plumbing & Heating was established to extend the company’s high standards to heating and plumbing services, both for new builds and existing properties.
Under the guidance of Dan, Landex Plumbing & Heating is led by senior heating specialist Adam Burrows who builds on years of in-house housing development experience to offer dependable, high-quality plumbing and heating services to homeowners, developers, and contractors across Suffolk and beyond.
This new division allows us to work smarter, faster, and more sustainably – combining deep technical knowledge with a thorough understanding of how buildings function from the inside out.
